Kyle Walker-Peters, Josip Juranovic and Max Aarons on Manchester United shortlist in case Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaves

Manchester United have three names in their shortlist in case Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaves the club this summer. The Red Devils have an eye on Kyle Walker-Peters, Josip Juranovic and Max Aarons if the right-back position requires bolstering, according to Jonathan Shrager on Twitter (h/t Express).

The former Crystal Palace man has lost his place in the United XI. And a loan move away from Manchester could be on the cards. Wan-Bissaka’s former club Palace, alongside Roma and Atletico Madrid are said to be interested in the 24-year-old’s services.

United already have a trio of names ready. Waker-Peters is at Southampton at the moment. The former Tottenham Hotspur youngster is considered a great prospect in the Premier League.

Juranovic plays for Scottish champions Celtic. The Croatian made his way to Glasgow only last year. The 26-year-old was impressive for the Bhoys in the 2021/22 campaign.

Aarons is currently in the Championship with Norwich City. The 22-year-old is one of the best youngsters in the EFL. The Canaries played in the PL last season but failed to retain their position in English football’s first tier.

Diogo Dalot seems to be the first choice at United at the moment. The Portuguese cemented his position in the XI in the previous campaign under Ralf Rangnick.

Wan-Bissaka was the chosen one under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. But fans have felt the 24-year-old’s end product in the final third isn’t up to the mark.

Dalot, on the other hand, is decent enough going forward. The 23-year-old provides more going forward. But it’s the Portugal international’s defensive skill set that leaves a lot to be desired.
